Chiyogaike Pond in Meguro: Vintage Reproduction Print From Hiroshige's 100 Famous Views of Edo

This is a vintage reproduction offset woodblock print from famous Ukiyo-e artist Hiroshige and his 100 Famous views of Edo. Originally from a set dated from 1974 and produced by Kyodo News Agency in Tokyo. 

Print 24 Chiyogaike Pond in Meguro: Flowers in their glory reflected in the pond. The pond was originally at the foot of a hill in southwest Edo. But, the pond was eventually filled up. 

Condition: Given age (46 years old), in great condition. Close up photos are provided to show any flaws as well as some of the subtle details Hiroshige added to his art. Overall good condition, some light spots at top border of print.

Dimensions: 9.75" Wide by 14.25" Height

Please note that the paper is thin but high quality and has some light texture to it (it looks and feels like traditional Japanese paper). The size isn't a standard frame size so it will need to be professionally framed to ensure protection and longevity. 

This will ship gently rolled up in a rigid cardboard tube.
