I have a question that isn't answered here? How should I contact you? When can I expect a response?

Please use the contact form available on our site (scroll to bottom header and look for 'Contact Us') or use the e-mail contact option on our Instagram page (social media is also linked at the bottom of our site) to reach out. Please reach out via these two methods as comments or DM's can be missed and e-mailing ensures inquiries are responded to in order. 

All inquiries should receive a response within 24 hours but if there is an influx of inquiries, keep an eye on our social media for any alerts stating that it may take longer and what the estimate is. 

How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please note, postal holidays, extreme weather events, etc can impact transit time. 

When will my order ship? 

All items (unless otherwise noted in listing description) are ready-to-ship and will ship in one business day. Orders ship Monday through Saturday with the exception of any USPS postal holidays. 

Examples: If you order on Tuesday, your order will ship on Wednesday. If you order on Saturday, your order will ship on Monday. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Under the following conditions: your order meets the minimum free shipping threshold of $50 or we are running a free shipping promotion.

Charging for shipping allows us to invest in eco-friendly packaging (which typically is more expensive) and ensure your order has quality packing materials so it arrives safe and sound!

Where is my order?

Upon fulfillment of your order, a tracking number will be generated through USPS. Use this to track progress on your order. Orders ship within one business day of ordering (unless an item is made to order or pre-order which will be clearly stated in the description). 

USPS First Class Mail typically takes 3-5 business days while Priority Mail takes between 1-3 business days depending on final destination. Priority Mail includes insurance through USPS. 

In all my years of e-commerce, USPS typically is good at scanning packages along their journey and getting it to where it needs to go, but if for some reason your order stops tracking, please reach out. While this is uncommon, stuff happens and typically reaching out to USPS can get the ball rolling. 

What happens if something in my order is incorrect?

Please send us an e-mail using the contact form with a quick photo and description of the issue so we can get it corrected. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for more details!
