THE MARU UPCYCLED YUKATA FABRIC SCRUNCHIE : Vintage Yukata Fabric (Assorted Prints)

MEET THE MARU: a scrunchie bracelet that functions as both a hair tie and accessory on your wrist. Vintage yukata fabric is given new life as fluffy scrunchies and other goods. Each fabric cut is one of a kind.

Why buy secondhand or up-cycled goods? It helps to give new life to fabric and kimonos that may have small defects due to age and wear that otherwise are sitting around unused and gathering dust!

MATERIAL:

Blue Firefly and Moon Stripe Print: a vintage yukata fabric featuring a light blue background and darker blue stripes, a yellow moon and small red fireflies here and there

Black Hyoutan Gourd: a vintage yukata fabric that features gray and white paint stroke like lines that originally made a hyoutan gourd image throughout the fabric. Cut smaller, the pattern looks like simple waves and shapes  and parts of leaves against a stark black background. 

CARE: If you need to wash, it is recommended to hand wash with soap and cold water, air dry. 

Measurements: inner diameter approximately 5.5" around unstretched. Made with 7.5" elastic strips- ties in two loops to secure hair and fits most wrists. 

Due to the handmade nature of this item, slight variances may occur but all care is taken to ensure consistency in production.
